Locum tenens credentialing

Locum tenens clinicians and travel nurses submit the same documents again for each agency and facility, and ClinLicense keeps them current and ready to send.

Build the packet once

Store each document once, arrange them in the order a facility asks for and export a single ZIP containing the files, a combined PDF and a Word profile generated from your data. Update a document and the next export uses the new copy.

Start licenses early

New state licenses and facility privileging can take weeks or months, and the timing varies a great deal by state. The timing guide and the locum checklist help you work backward from a start date.

Work in several states

Track each state's renewal and CME rule next to the assignments that rely on it. The state pages show what is recorded, and the IMLC guide explains the compact route.

Travel nurses

A travel nurse’s packet usually holds a nursing license for each assignment state, a specialty certification, life support cards and immunization records. ClinLicense records a compact multistate license once with its home state and adds a single-state license for each non-compact assignment.

Private by design

There is no account and no server for the individual app, which matters when a packet holds a Social Security number or a date of birth. See health data privacy.

Keep the whole file on your own devices

ClinLicense is free for individual clinicians. It needs no account, and your records stay encrypted on your own devices.
